- I%1 1/3, cup, instant mashed potatoes, dry
- I%1/3, cup, green onions, chopped with tops
- I%2, T., almonds, finely chopped

- I%2, T., margarine
- I%2, T., salad oil
- I%1, cup, sour cream

- R% Heat water, mil, margaine, and salt to boiling in a 2 qt.
- R%saucepan and remove from heat. Stir in potatoes and onions.
- R%Whip with a fork until thick and cool. Shape potato mixture into
- R%6 patties.

- R% Mix almonds and flour together and coat each patty with mixture.

- R% Heat 2 T. of margarine and 2 T. salad oil in a large skillet until
- R%hot. Cook patties, turning once, until goldne brown and hot (approx.
